Now Hiring: District Relationship & Retention Specialist (Remote – Monthly Travel to Redding, CA)

About the Role

The District Relationship & Retention Specialist (DRRS) is a key role responsible for building and managing relationships with both prospective and existing business owners/agent franchises. You’ll drive recruitment efforts, support performance, and contribute to the success of franchise partners across our district.


Note: This is a primarily remote role, but you must be available to travel to District 26 (Redding, CA) once per month for in-person collaboration.

Travel Requirement

This role is remote, but candidates must be available to travel to the District 26 Office (Redding, CA) once per month for in-person meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current business owners/agent franchises.

  • Guide new candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process with care and professionalism.

  • Provide regular communication, resources, and development tools to help franchisees succeed.

  • Ensure alignment with the brand’s values, mission, and business goals.

  • Support operational performance and storefront excellence across the district.

  • Collaborate on training and development programs for business owners and their teams.

  • Participate in team calls, events, and monthly in-person visits to District 26 in Redding, CA.

  • Track engagement and outreach using CRM tools to monitor progress and performance.

Core Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred)

  • Experience working in district or regional office (preferred)

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Familiar with CRM tools and performance tracking

  • Highly proactive and results-driven

Preferred Background (Not Required)

  • 3+ years’ experience in the insurance industry

  • Experience in a district or regional office

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
