The District Relationship & Retention Specialist (DRRS) is a key role responsible for building and managing relationships with both prospective and existing business owners/agent franchises. You’ll drive recruitment efforts, support performance, and contribute to the success of franchise partners across our district.
This role is remote, but candidates must be available to travel to the District 26 Office (Redding, CA) once per month for in-person meetings and team collaboration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current business owners/agent franchises.
Guide new candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process with care and professionalism.
Provide regular communication, resources, and development tools to help franchisees succeed.
Ensure alignment with the brand’s values, mission, and business goals.
Support operational performance and storefront excellence across the district.
Collaborate on training and development programs for business owners and their teams.
Participate in team calls, events, and monthly in-person visits to District 26 in Redding, CA.
Track engagement and outreach using CRM tools to monitor progress and performance.
3+ years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
Experience working in district or regional office (preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiar with CRM tools and performance tracking
Highly proactive and results-driven
3+ years’ experience in the insurance industry
Experience in a district or regional office
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
